Working 2.5 days per week, preferably Monday, Wednesday and Friday, you will provide information and analytical support to the Planning Manager and Brands Team.
Key Responsibilities:
· Source internal, market, competitor and economic information using proprietary software (MS Excel, SAP BW, Nitro) and other sources (e.g National statistics, HM Customs & Excise, Industry publications, etc)
· Produce and circulate monthly and annual reports
· Administer data submissions to industry organisations, including checking and validating the submissions
· Create and update charts for presentations
· Provide SAP Business Warehouse expertise
· Provide forecasting expertise in the absence of the Planning Manager
Applicants should:
· Ideally be educated to degree level : in a business or numerate subject
· Have a minimum of 3 years in information provision, analysis, or research
· Have knowledge of statistical analysis, forecasting, & market surveys
· Have sound working knowledge of reporting tools such as SAP BW, Oracle & Nitro and MS Excel & PowerPoint
· Be strong in teamwork, communication and problem solving
· Use own initiative
